Print orders within Canada usually arrive within 7 business days.

USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends.

For canvas orders shipped outside Canada, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after purchase.

For international print orders, delivery usually takes 10–15 business days.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

For orders within CANADA, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30-days from the delivery date to start a return process. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label.

To begin your refund process, please contact contact@abstrakgallery.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

All international orders outside of Canada & United States are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our ABSTRAK Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.

We offer bulk pricing on a very limited basis. Please email contact@abstrakgallery.com if you are interested in buying 7+ pieces.

All pieces are in inches. Calculations are as follows:
12 x 18 (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)
18 x 24 (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)
30 x 40 (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)
40 x 60 (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)

Most US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Internationally carriers may vary but all shipments are sent via DDP.

All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth.
