Damaged or defective product
If your product has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, you can submit a return request via your customer account.
Our team will exchange your canvas free of charge.
The exchange will only be made for the same model as the original order.
Changing the model, format or frame
If you wish to change the model, format or frame you have selected, you will have to pay the return shipping costs, which vary according to the format.
Return without exchange
If you wish to make a return without exchange, you can obtain a store credit applicable to your future purchases. *
To submit a return request, go to your customer account.
A member of our team will send you a return slip along with the necessary instructions for returning your package.
*Please note that all products purchased during a promotion, discount, or special offer are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Exceptions apply in case of damage, in which case we offer a free replacement, no problem.
Free warehouse returns
You can also drop off your package free of charge at our warehouse at
9025 route Sir Wilfrid-Laurier, Mirabel.
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In this case, no return fees will apply, and you will receive a store credit equivalent to the total amount paid.
Gift cards - Conditions of use
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, nor credited to another order.
